Fantastic product!!
The problem with those who do not like this product is because they are NOT using it correctly. It is NOT a crockpot that is supposed to get hot! It is only meant to keep things at a low temp so you can dip and coat. You are supposed to melt the candy or melts in the pot in the microwave and THEN put it in the holder to maintain the proper temp. It works fabulous and I plan on gettin a couple for gifts.

Won't heat
Just opened this to make candy to sell at our church bazaar. It barely gets warm, not enough to melt candy wafers. Bought it at Krogers so I don't have my receipt. So I guess I just wasted my money. I don't think I'll be buying any babycakes products.

Love it!!
Use this monthly to make cake pops or chocolate covered pretzels. Following the directions and melting the chocolate in microwave and using crock to keep at correct temperature works PERFECTLY!!!
